Medication Assisted Treatment (Suboxone) for Opioid Addiction in Fayetteville North Carolina

We integrate medication into our opioid addiction treatment program.  These medications help reduce craving and improve success rates. Some examples are:

  • Buprenorphine (Suboxone, Subutex, Sublocade)
  • Naltrexone (Vivitrol and ReVia)

For 20+ years we've helped Fayetteville residents addicted to drugs like opiates, meth, and alcohol and have been getting the best recovery rates with medication assisted (MAT), using Suboxone. It is important to seek help for opioid use immediately as the risk is so high. The overdose epidemic is driven by the prevalence of illegal counterfeit versions of fentanyl or their cheaper substitutes nitazines. On top of the rampant risk of overdose that fentanyl and these related synthetic opioids pose, they are often "cut" with the veterinary anesthetic xylazine, which can cause necrotic skin ulcerations.

We have found that our patients who take advantage of medication-assisted treatment and also pursue counseling, 12-step (or non 12-step  support groups) and pursue a spiritual approach to recovery are able to move towards a happy and fulfilling life.

We service the entire state of North Carolina via telehealth.
